Do I have to pick a depth?
No. One price covers everything — choose the exam you're sitting, and switch whenever you want. The product just personalizes around your choice.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
You pick a plan to keep going. If you don't, access pauses — no surprise charge, because there's no card on file during the trial.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. The monthly plan renews automatically each month until you cancel — cancel whenever and you keep access through the end of the month you've already paid for, and you're never charged again. A prepaid plan (3- or 6-month) runs to the end of its term and doesn't auto-renew — no surprise re-charge; you just buy another term if you want to keep going.
Is there a pass guarantee?
No. We'd rather you judge the product than a promise. The 7-day free trial lets you use everything before you pay a cent, and you can cancel anytime — the proof is the practice itself, not a guarantee.
Do you do refunds?
Payments aren't refunded once a billing period starts — the 7-day free trial is there precisely so you're never paying for something you haven't tried first. Monthly is cancel-anytime with no lock-in; the 3- and 6-month plans are prepaid terms. (If something's wrong on our end — a double charge, or a renewal you didn't expect — email us and we'll fix it.)
